1. Sponsor

This promotion ("Glory Days Grill Pick 'Em" or the "Promotion") is sponsored by MVP Holdings LLC, operator of Glory Days Grill locations in Florida, Virginia, Maryland, and West Virginia ("Sponsor"), located at 4343 Anchor Plaza Parkway, Suite 100, Tampa, FL 33634.

2. No Purchase Necessary; Eligibility

• NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase an entrant's chances of winning.
• Open only to legal residents of Florida, Virginia, Maryland, or West Virginia who are physically located in one of those states at the time of entry, and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) or household members of such individuals, are not eligible to win.
• Void where prohibited by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion (the "Season") begins September 9, 2026 (Week 1 of the 2026 NFL regular season) and continues through Super Sunday on February 14, 2027. The Season consists of the 18-week NFL/college football regular season followed by the NFL playoffs, structured as follows:

• Weeks 1–13: 8 NFL games plus 2 college football games.
• Weeks 14–18: 10 NFL games (end of NFL regular season), which Sponsor may supplement with college bowl season games as available and as scheduling allows. The exact weekly slate for these weeks is subject to change based on final college bowl and NFL scheduling, which is not fully known in advance.
• Week 19 — NFL Wild Card Round, which Sponsor may supplement with college bowl season and/or College Football Playoff games as available and as scheduling allows to fill out the weekly slate. The exact weekly slate is subject to change based on final scheduling, which is not fully known in advance.
• Weeks 20–22 — NFL Divisional Round, NFL Conference Championship Round, and Super Sunday, respectively. These weeks are intended to be NFL games only. The exact weekly slate for these weeks remains subject to change based on final NFL and college postseason scheduling.
• Every NFL week (Weeks 1–18) includes the Monday Night Football game.
• Picks for a given week close at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time on the Friday of that week, except where Sponsor designates an alternate deadline for a given week (including Thanksgiving week, Christmas week, and any playoff week) to account for holiday or playoff scheduling. Any such alternate deadline will be posted in the app prior to that week opening.

4. How to Enter

To participate, an entrant must create a free Glory Days Grill Pick 'Em account by providing: full name, email address, date of birth or age confirmation, home/favorite Glory Days Grill location, favorite team, agreement to these Official Rules, and an optional opt-in to receive promotional communications from Glory Days Grill. Returning entrants access their account by entering the same email address used at signup; no password is created, no third-party single sign-on is used, and no separate email verification step (such as a link or code) is required.

• Limit one (1) account per person, identified by email address. Entrants may not create multiple accounts.
• Entrants select their home Glory Days Grill location at signup; standings and weekly prizes are calculated separately for each participating location.
• For each open week, entrants make a straight winner/loser selection for every game in that week's slate. There is no point-spread pick and no tiebreaker question tied to picks themselves. Picks autosave as they are made; there is no separate "submit" step, but picks are locked and final once that week's deadline passes.

5. Scoring and Weekly Winners

Each correctly-picked game is worth one point. At each location, entrants are ranked each week by number of correct picks, including during playoff weeks even though the number of games per week decreases as the playoff field narrows.

• If two or more entrants at a location are tied for the highest score in a given week, every tied entrant receives that week's 1st Place prize at that location.
• The entrant(s) with the next-highest score at that location receive 2nd Place; the entrant(s) with the next-highest score after that receive 3rd Place. Ties do not cause a place to be skipped — for example, if three entrants tie for 1st, the next-highest scorer(s) still receive 2nd, and the scorer(s) below that still receive 3rd.
• Winners are determined by Sponsor based on official final scores, using publicly available scoreboard data with manual verification as needed.

6. Prizes

Approximate retail values shown above are estimates as of the date of these rules and are subject to change without affecting an entrant's eligibility to receive the applicable reward.

7. Prize Redemption — Victory Club Membership Required

Glory Days Grill Pick 'Em account registration does not require Victory Club membership, and entrants may make picks and appear on leaderboards without joining Victory Club. However, an entrant must be an active, free member of Glory Days Grill's Victory Club loyalty program at the time a reward is issued in order to receive it. Victory Club membership is free and requires no purchase.

• Each week, Sponsor will identify that week's reward-eligible entrants: weekly place winners at each location, and any entrant newly qualifying for the Pick'em Participation Bonus by completing signup and submitting their first picks.
• For each eligible entrant, Sponsor will verify Victory Club membership status. If the entrant is a Victory Club member, Sponsor will fulfill the applicable reward. If the entrant is not yet a member, Sponsor will send that entrant an email invitation to join Victory Club in order to claim the reward.
• An entrant who is notified that a reward is pending has until the conclusion of the Season on February 14, 2027 to join Victory Club and claim the reward. Rewards not claimed by that date are forfeited in their entirety, with no substitution or cash equivalent.

8. Season Grand Prize

Grand Prize standings are based on cumulative correct picks across Weeks 1 through 21 (the full regular season plus the Wild Card, Divisional, and Conference Championship playoff rounds), and are finalized and locked at the conclusion of Week 21 (the Conference Championship Round) — before the Super Sunday matchup is played, so that winners can be confirmed and seated in time for the event. Week 22 (Super Sunday) is played as a normal week for weekly-prize purposes only (Section 6) and does not affect Grand Prize standings.

At each participating location, the entrant with the highest cumulative correct-pick total through Week 21 wins that location's Grand Prize: a table for four (4) guests at that location's Super Sunday viewing event on February 14, 2027, including all-you-can-eat food. The Grand Prize does not include any alcoholic beverages.

If two or more entrants at a location are tied for the highest cumulative total through Week 21, each tied entrant receives their own full table for four (4) at that location's Super Sunday viewing event.

9. Winner Notification and Winners List

Winners will be notified by email using the address on file with their Glory Days Grill Pick 'Em account. A list of Grand Prize winners may be obtained by sending a written request to: MVP Holdings LLC, 4343 Anchor Plaza Parkway, Suite 100, Tampa, FL 33634.

10. General Conditions

• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion, or these Official Rules, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion, subject to applicable law.
• By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of a prize, to the extent permitted by law.
• Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes each winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's name, likeness, hometown, and statements about the Promotion for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, without additional compensation.
• This Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where a different jurisdiction's consumer-protection law applies mandatorily notwithstanding this choice of law. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.

12. Registration

This Promotion has been registered and bonded with the State of Florida in accordance with Section 849.094, Florida Statutes.
